Our personnel that include interviewers, data analysts and report writers have amassed several years of experience in carrying out all the aforementioned methodologies, specifically in designing and conducting rigorous, robust quantitative and qualitative research using a full range of methods. ResearchIntel Africa LTD. is a fully registered member of the World Association for Public Opinion Research (WAPOR) thus demonstrating our commitment to high professional standards, promoting improved research techniques, consumer protection and staying abreast of the latest ethical issues and guidelines for best practice in our industry. Further, our personnel are also individually registered members of Market and Social Research Association (MSRA) in Kenya.

Our Managerial Capabilities

To succeed in managing complex projects, it is critical to have sound institutional support procedures in place, such as standard operating procedures, statistical standards, consistent financial monitoring, and financial controls. 

We believe in building a firm foundation upon which to effectively manage project processes, security and quality to facilitate effective and successful execution of projects. In this regard, we have in place staff that includes programmers, system analysts and data processing team whose main role is IT based and encompasses program design and applications support to all surveys. 

In addition,  we have in place a highly trained project team whose role is  to provide quality control support at various levels through implementing systematic quality assurance procedures to prevent unacceptable practices and minimize errors in data collection.
